Shipping Policy

HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are usually dispatched from manufacturer within 8 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. This can usually take between 6-15 days depending on your geographic location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

Lūft ships from our warehouse in Australia and works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curate a unique product at the best prices for you. 

 

ORDER & TRACKING

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
